Every pass includes
- Luxury tent stay with proper bedding for the night of 31st December.
- Access to live DJ night, bonfire area, cultural / folk performances and dance floor.
- Evening tea/snacks, gala dinner and breakfast on 1st January morning.
- Stargazing access and curated desert activities planned by the on-ground team.
- Basic first-aid, staff support and option to request paid transport coordination.
All bookings, invoices and cancellation terms are managed directly via District.in as per organiser policy. Once confirmed, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organiser.

For safety and privacy reasons, the exact deep desert campsite coordinates are not made public. After your booking is confirmed on District.in, you will receive a WhatsApp & SMS message 24 hours before the event containing:
- Google Maps pin and step-by-step directions.
- Check-in window, tent allocation details and contact point.
- Emergency phone number for night-of-event assistance.
The campsite is in a desert zone and involves light walking on sand. Basic first-aid, verified staff and controlled sound/light setups are maintained throughout the event.
- Please inform the organiser of any medical conditions at the time of booking.
- Transport / pickup-drop can be arranged on request at extra cost.
- Families are welcome; per-child charges or age rules (if any) will be final on District.in.

FAQ – before you book
Practical details
When will I get the exact location?
You will receive the exact location pin, check-in process and emergency contact 24 hours before the event via WhatsApp & SMS on the number shared during booking. Keep that phone reachable on 30–31 December.
What should I carry for the night?
Carry light warm clothes or winter layers for the desert night, comfortable shoes/sandals for walking on sand, a small torch, basic toiletries and a valid government ID for check-in verification.
Is transport included in the pass?
Transport is not included by default in any pass. Pickup / drop from Pushkar or nearby towns can be arranged by the organiser on request at an extra cost after your booking is confirmed.
Is this family-friendly?
Yes, families are welcome. Children charges, age limits and any specific rules (e.g., for very young kids) will be as per organiser policy on the District.in page – please check while booking.
What about refunds or cancellations?
Once confirmed, tickets are generally non-refundable. If the organiser cancels or reschedules the event due to any reason, refunds or alternatives will be handled as per District.in and organiser terms.
